Magnesium lactate used for:– Muscle relaxation– Supports nervous system function and
helps reduce hypersensitivity– Has good bioavailability
• Vitamin B6: used mainly to lessen the negative effects caused by serotonin deficiency
• Herb and flower meal (St. John’s wort, Passiflora, Eschscholzia, Chamomile, Eleutherococcus):– eleutherococcus can help the body be more efficient against excessive stress, with a resulting increase in psychophysical performance
• Fermented soy meal: the main action is seen especially at the gastroenteric level, whose “discomfort” is very often both a cause and a consequence of nervousness
• Ulmus rubra: lubricating action at gastric level
