Indications:

Mepivacaine is indicated for intra-articular and epidural anaesthesia in horses.

Dosage:

For intra-articular use: from 3 to 30 ml depending on the size of the joint.

For epidural use: from 0.2 to 0.25 mg/kg (from 1.0 to 1.25 ml/100 kg), up to a maximum of 10 ml/horse, a depending on the depth and extent of the anaesthesia required.

In any case, the dosage must be kept to the minimum required

Administration of the veterinary medicinal product must be carried out exclusively by the veterinary surgeon
