This HORSENEB mask helps prevent cross-contamination, both for infections and for products with withdrawal times.
◊ The mask is intended for treating one horse, i.e. one or two weeks.
◊ Inflatable, it fits perfectly all types of horses or ponies.
◊ Spaces are provided to easily write the horse’s name and the treatment, to improve compliance with the prescription and avoid accidental mask swaps between two horses.
Each mask is supplied with 2 capsules and the USER MANUAL:
1. Write the horse’s name and the treatment with a permanent marker in the spaces provided.
2. Inflate the mask by mouth. Use the three valves to inflate the base, the frame and the sealing tube. Inflate more or less depending on the horse’s size.
3. Put the mask on the horse’s head and adjust it with the strap without tightening.

WARNING

DO NOT BLOCK THE MASK VENTILATION HOLES.
MAKE SURE TO LEAVE AT LEAST 5 CENTIMETRES BETWEEN THE HORSE’S NOSTRILS AND THE BOTTOM OF THE MASK FOR GOOD AIR CIRCULATION.

4. Pour the medicine into the capsules as prescribed.
5. Fit the two capsules with their elbow into the dedicated holes.
6. Connect the tube to the capsules and to the compressor.
7. Switch on the compressor. The aerosol spreads into the mask. The mist comes out of the mask holes when the horse exhales: this is completely normal; air must circulate freely.
8. Switch off the compressor when mist is no longer produced.
9. Rinse the capsules immediately after dismantling them. Let them dry.
